Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life with dogs (and life in general!) can be unpredictable. We're happy to reschedule or cancel your booking, and just ask for a little notice so we can offer your spot to someone else.

More than 24 hours notice — full refund or free reschedule, no questions asked.
Less than 24 hours notice — a 50% cancellation fee applies. You're welcome to reschedule the remaining credit to a future session.
No-shows — the full session fee is charged, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you and your dog.

If we ever need to cancel on our end, you'll receive a full refund or priority rebooking — whichever you prefer. 

To cancel or reschedule, simply reply to your booking confirmation or get in touch directly.
